RESILIENCE PATH LAB

NAVIGATING BEYOND ADVERSITY

Resilience

We believe that every path to resilience is unique and a personal process of discovery. RPL explores a variety of definitions, theories, and perspectives related to the concept of resilience and facilitates reflection on their personal, academic, and professional implications.

The Basics of ACEs

Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) can influence a person’s degree of well-being throughout an entire lifespan. [1] A fundamental step on the path to increased resilience is reviewing the basics of ACEs and describing their potential long-term impact.

The Ripple Effect

RPL examines adverse experiences in the context of academic and professional development. We explore topics such as: success and sense of belonging, self-limiting beliefs about value and potential,  and ACEs as an influencing factor in professional trajectories.

Forge Your Own Path to Resilience

RPL’s Navigating Beyond Adversity micro-learning series is designed with autonomy and self-discovery in mind.

Our Free Access, interactive courses help you establish a foundation of knowledge, encourage you to reflect on the nuanced mechanisms of resilience, and apply what you learn within your academic and professional life.
